Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gohuge.me or engaging HUGE Media & Entertainment (“HUGE,” “we,” “us”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Services

HUGE provides digital marketing services (SEO, social media, web design, paid advertising) under HUGE Media and live event production services (DJ performances, lighting, audio, event coordination) under HUGE Entertainment. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date (Net 15) unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments incur a fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on unpaid balances.

4. HUGE Entertainment (Live Events)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure event dates. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit the full deposit.

5. HUGE Media (Digital Services)

Monthly service fees are billed in advance. Services may be temporarily suspended if an account is more than 10 days past due. A 30-day written notice is required for termination of recurring monthly agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables (e.g., website designs, content). HUGE retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

HUGE Media & Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
